Such a lovely neighbourhood florist where I source most of my plants and Christmas trees. The staff are so friendly and very knowledgable. They give me the best advice. And also keep my son happy with the free flowers they ve given him during a few of our visits!

The flowers are very expensive and they was dead within a day.

Walked in off the street , the man was friendly and so helpful and created two beautiful bouquets I needed for that evening. When I told him they were gifts wrapped them and put some water in the cellophane with two flower boxes for no extra charge.

Was told by one person that they could redeliver my flowers that afternoon, after one card was left the day before. No more deliveries were attempted, and when I called back, the man who works there shouted at me until I cried. They refuse to refund me.

This flower shop is the best! The service is great, and the flowers are top notch at a reasonable price. Much better than online deliveries sites.

Such a wonderful florist selling a great range of flowers and plants. The produce I've bought has always been of great quality and wrapped with care. I've also popped in a couple of times knowing I'd like a bunch of flowers but haven't known what specifically I'd like, and each time the florist has created a beautiful bouquet within my budget. Just wanted to say a huge Thank You to the lovely gentleman at Denise s Flowers. While doing our lockdown daily walk me and my partner stopped by the shop last weekend for a quick browse and we were amazed with the large range of plants and accessories for a very affordable price. After telling him what we were looking for, he was prompt to help us to find the best suitable plant within our budget. We then asked if we could collect the plant later as we wanted to finish our walk and he without hesitation agreed. When we came back to collect the plant that we choose it was shinny and beautiful, he then explained that he has used a special substance to clean it, (what a treat! On our way out the store I ve spotted this beautiful tiny plant and could leave it behind, he then also gave me special discount on it, how lovely! Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this shop specially at this time that we more than never need to support our local businesses and I'll definitely be using this florist again when I need to purchase some new plants.

Popped into Denise's flowers this afternoon to order some flowers for our boss's 50th birthday - The gentleman was so helpful in helping us to put together a bespoke bunch of flowers, he helped advise on colours and types of flowers and made us a beautiful bouquet and made it look really special. I ordered funeral flowers with this florist, they arrived late and the flowers was half dead it looked like all the old flowers was used. Will not be getting my custom again I'm afraid

I went to Denises Flowers right before the lockdown and had a great experience there. I came in with only a vague idea of what I wanted, but the salesman somehow knew exactly what I needed. The bouquet I got looked amazing (I know nothing about flowers but it was perfect) and the salesperson took his time to find the best snake plant for us. They know what they are doing. Great place. Really recommend it!

Inexperienced, Rude, Unprofessional & verbally abusive. I requested a bunch of roses from these people (who barely speak English) to be delivered to a Thames Cruise Ship for a very special occasion only to find that when my fiance and I turned up, they were not delivered. The Captain and crew informed me that Denises flowers turned up to the pier; asked if there was a member of staff on this Ship with my fiance's name and of course when the crew said no; he went back with my roses. I sent them specific instructions what to do when I placed the order and even called again a few hours before delivery to ensure that they understood. There English is appalling and they have no idea what they are doing. When I called up frustrated because my special occasion was ruined; he had the audacity to swear and use abusive words telling me that it was my fault. He accepted no responsibility whatsoever and rather than apologising, he continued to use abusive words in his accent. I was furious and told him to simply refund me my money to which I had to chase him for 2 days to get this actioned. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THESE PEOPLE !

When I called up it was very hard to understand the person on the phone. They didn t speak very much English and came across a bit rude. The flowers arrived same day which was lovely but by the next day the flowers had died and was dropping off.

The owner of the shop is incredibly nice he was very patient with me and my friend who took our time choosing a bedroom plant. We went there to simply look around but ended up buying 20 pounds worth of nice pots :) Definitely recommend to everyone! if you have particular plants you want you can ask the owner and he will get it for you within a couple of days!! The shop has big small medium size plants so its worth having a look around!!!

The staff have real attitude and are rude. I'd walked in to buy some eucalyptus branches and was told they couldn't give me any change. They even suggested I come back later once I had some coins. Will not be returning.

The service started off well, but as I asked questions and had a couple of concerns, the communications stopped. I am in the US with an 8 hour time difference, so there was a delay in my responses, for which there was absolutely no understanding. I was misquoted prices, my plain English email's were misunderstood, my credit card which they initially thought was AMEX (even though I mentioned several times that it was MC) was charged four times. Still cannot get a response from them to resolve this or other issues, even though I have emailed them for the past seven days, hence my negative review. I had to have a family member step in who already had way too much on her plate to get the flowers in time. The arrangement (heart wreath) was quite nice, although not what I had originally wanted but did not get due to my request being misunderstood and the cost misquoted. Based on my experience I would say that unless you are actually going into the shop, buyer beware.

Great service , we were able to get thorough recommendations on what plants to buy with winter fast approaching. A shop that encourages and helps out any beginner plant grower, the variety of plants is good too, at a GOOD price! Would recommend to anyone looking to spice up their garden or balcony!

I bought flowers for my girlfriend last week and it was amazing, also the guy working there was really good.He was taking with me so nicely, moreover the delivery service was excellent , also the delivery guy was too clam and kind.i am really satisfied with shopping.

Ordered a bouquet of lilies for Valentine's Day, but the flowers never really opened - rather disappointing.

Stay clear from this florist they delivered my flowers to the wrong address. When i rang to complain i was told that management would look into this. After numerous emails and phone calls i still haven't received my wifes flowers or a full refund
