They always have work but they only want to work you where they want you and will tell you they have zero jobs because they want you to go somewhere they have the business need instead. I hate that they text you and everyone on your application to find you. First ofd don't text me, call me and I'll call you when I can. You dont text me, my fiance and my mom after you already called and left vm. Its a bit much.

I've worked for delta for about 4 years now and they send you to some great places where you acquire excellent skills.

If you want to work and dig your way out of the upset in our economy , all while interacting with professional, caring staff, I highly recommend Delta Direct. Staffing. The day I registered with them was like a light at the end of the Quarantine tunnel....The icing on the cake is they also have great pay range.

Very low paying jobs, when they actually have any. Sent me to Koch filters and said it was so clean. The cleanest palce they've ever seen. Well its not. If I could post pics you would see their very dirty in the bathrooms. Bloody poopy toilet paper everywhere. I left cause I was scared I would catch something

When I wasn t sure where to start looking for a job I got in touch with Linda at Delta. She worked with me for months till she found the perfect job for me and I couldn t be happier with my job. The staff are very professional and will work hard to get you into a job fit just for you.

Arrived after recieving a text message that led me to believe it was a more proffessional setting. Arrived to a crowded waiting room on time and was forced to wait a half hour after the time I was told I would be interviewed before I was even called to the desk. Then all they did was ask me to fill out an application despite already having recieved my resume, instead of an interview that was said to have been a half hour before. The process would have taken up to another half hour before even getting an interview, which I can only assume is five minutes of paperwork and a drug screen. I chose instead to leave, as they were making me late for a real interview for a real job.
Some constructive criticism: keep appointments instead of wasting people's time.

I ve been working for delta staffing for almost 2 years now and I wouldn t trade them for the world. They have worked with me more than a non-temp job has ever done. I would have rated Zero If I could to this racist Staffing, Specially Linda Short White Old Racist Woman! She is a lier and Racist, I recommend to you all my friends please do not go to apply this staffing company,because they gonna lie you and waste your time. I had a conversation with this lady Linda on the phone few days ago and she was totally lying me because she don t want us specially (immigrants) to have a Job and feed yours family and kids, so please do go others best staffing company but not to this unprofessional company!!!!

I m very disappointed I was shorted out of overtime on 2 checks people keep sending me to a voicemail and then had the nerves to ask me if I was returning to my job Past times I ve worked with them and didn t experience this but now I am having to escalate this issue i really don t recommend this company to ANYONE !

At first I worked here seasonally for Cafe Press, I enjoyed it, after the job had ended they allowed me to work on small projects here and there and eventually hired me for a longer term temp position in office and absolutely love it, the people are nice and wonderful, they have great senses of humor but know how to get serious when it's needed.

As a consultant working with Delta I got to hear and see first hand how their staff interacted with employees. I read some of these reviews and have to believe that like most people in staffing, you will never please all employees. And I also share that each employee plays a part in their own success and over the course of 6 months I heard first hand how many people blame the service rather than take ownership of their role in finding a good job. My first suggestion - SHOW UP FOR WORK!

They play with your money they dont pay on time i still havent received my first paycheck and this is my 3rd week working for delta . There so unprofessional then the owner of delta i think her name is sandy called me being so rude and disrespectful towards me because i called them all day asking about my paycheck then have the nerve to lie to me on the phone this temp is so unprofessional i wouldnt recommend any one to go through this temp
