Fortunately I have not been employed by this agency for a while. Always late with payments. Now, 3 weeks after I leave, I still have to get back more than 200 Euro travel costs that they don't want to pay. I have to arrange it internally at my company, I am told. They indicate that they cannot view my data and therefore do not have to pay my money.

Problem handling is hard to find. Colleagues on the phone almost never have an answer immediately and must always call you back later. Sometimes you are on hold for 5 minutes for a nonsense conversation. I am approached by the manager in an extremely unfriendly manner and they end the conversation because I am too intrusive.

In addition to this bizarre bad experiences with this organization and I advise no one to ever get involved with this.
