Chewed up and spit out by this company. Over worked? Driving too far? Your fired. Not laid off not moved to a site less then 100 miles away.. no your fired. I tried my best and was put down to a point of depression. I recommend not working for this company for your own sake.

Great company to work for! The best apprentice program in the trade. Decco employs some of the best fitters and welders in the country. If you show up on time and every work day you will learn something.
