I absolutely love this job I can count on other co-workers when I need them and having the education provided that I need for me to continue serving my individuals. It is a friendly atmosphere at the homes and the individuals make the house worth working at.

I enjoy how the team concept it much more then a concept at DDHomes. The staff all the way from the CEO to the DSP's work together to create an amazing atmosphere for the the indviduals we hope to bring a little joy to. It is just a a fantastic place to work.

IVE BEEN WITH DD HOMES FOR ALMOST 32 YEARS! MY INDIVIDUALS ARE LIKE MY FAMILY AND HAVE SEEN ME IN THE GOOD AND THE BAD TIMES! In the covid part of our lives I feel DD HOMES TOOK AWESOME CARE OF THE EMPLOYEES AND THE INDIVIDUALS!

I have worked for the company for nearly 21 years. I have had a passion to help those with developmental disabilities. This company provides quality care and excepts nothing but excellence in meeting the individuals needs. I feel I have had proper training in all areas to care for and help maintain my individuals and give them the best quality of life. I have seen other companies and homes outside of DDHOMES all with the same goals in mind for their individuals but don't quit meet the high standards we hold for ourselves as staff.
