DaVinci Homes

Two years ago I was considering buying a suite at Riviera on the Bow. However they were very expensive so I decided to rent instead. The good news- I didn't buy. The bad news- I rented.

Within two days, I regretted my decision. I could hear every footstep of the person living above. Many mornings I would be woken up at 6 or 7, either by garbage trucks or snowblowers! No wonder all of the suites on the lower lever in the back remain unsold.

The air conditioning was awful, it never got below 24 degrees in my unit!

The security there sorely lacks. The building was broken into twice while I lived there. The last time $14,000 worth of damage was caused to my truck. Not only would they not cover my deductable, they charged me $30 for my key card that was locked in my truck, a truck that was broken into because of their poor security!!!

Rani Kazmi was just awful to deal with. Whenever I had an issue or concern she would conveniently ignore me. When I moved in my deck was filthy, she wouldn't respond to my emails to clean it. When I moved out they charged me to clean it!!

I would avoid this building at all costs, there is a reason so many units remain unsold.

It was so noisy and uncomfortable there I actually turned over my unit 7 weeks early(which was fully paid). Of course I received no credit for that. Only a deduction of almost $200 for cleaning and the security card. Unbelievable, no ethics from this company!!

Avoid the Riviera on the Bow and DaVinci homes!!!!

Excellent building design(s) with high quality safety/security features. Spacious individual units with ample storage capacity. Attractive, very well maintained exterior.

Very nice apartment. Friendly staff. Great location, river front. Help always offered when needed. Wonderful experience.

I have been living in a home built by DaVinci Homes for as long as I can remember. We moved into our first DaVinci built home in 1997. My parents were so pleased and impressed with the great service they received and with the quality of construction that every time it was time to up-size our home, they always built with DaVinci. My parents are still living in a DaVinci built home. Following in my parents' footstep, I also bought a DaVinci home couple of years ago.

We bought a condo from Da Vinci homes in Riviera on the Bow and we have been very satisfied with the quality of the building and the services provided.I have recommended it to many persons.

I purchased my first house from Davinci in 1999. The sale process was very easy and I was pleasantly surprised when the builder agreed to make changes to the plan to make is suitable for our family. I am very happy with the warranty service. I bought another home with the builder in 2017.

Do not do business with this company. They will pressure you into buying quickly because they just want your money. Don t waste your time or money.

Attention to detail and quality build. Family run operation so you can easily get ahold of people if there's an issue.

My family bought our home almost 10 years ago from DaVinci homes. The quality is impeccable and the house is amazing. We love it! I would recommend DaVinci homes to anyone looking to purchase a house. They really treat you like family.

This Calgary based business takes care of their clients like family, which comes as no surprise as they are a family run business and it shows!
