Dr. K. has been my dentist for nearly 30 years, since I was a child. He is consistently professional, kind, and was able to successfully diagnose my TMJ when no one else did and save me from weekly tension headaches through orthodontia. I recommend him without hesitation!

Once you come in the building the front desk greeting you is AWESOME!!! When you go to the back in the room they break EVERYTHING down in DETAILS about your teeth. That s FANTASTIC!!! This team is number ONE in my book!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!

Our insurance did not cover services at our previous dentist, so reluctantly I searched out a new dentist. I was very happy with the services and the staff on my first visit. Very helpful from the initial call, to the finish of my appointment. Highly recommend this practice and Dr. Kolakowski!

The dentist themselves are great, kind, caring & friendly. However the office staff is HORRIBLE, they re unprofessional, can t keep things in order & lose track of everything. They canceled my sons appointment, without telling me, I took the afternoon off work to take him & get to the office just for them to tell me they canceled it & they don t know why.... then I get a very rude and unprofessional letter from them telling me they can no longer treat anyone in my family because I did a no show to the same appointment! When I called to figure out what was going on they said that s not what we have written down on our side basically calling me a liar! Not only that but everytime I had an appointment with my children I had to always tell them they had the wrong last name on the file & they never changed it. It s sad that such awesome dentist have such horrible office management.

You dont even feel like you have been to the dentist you feel like you've just caught up with a friend. Love this place!!!

I can only highly recommend this dentist, they have a very friendly front desk and dr. White is an extremely professional and friendly dentist, whom I am always going to see as I have problems with my teeth.

Dr. K fixed my teeth so well that I often get compliments on how straight my teeth are! I ve been going to this office since I was 3 and I won t go anywhere else.

I ve been coming here for years and have never received anything but great service and treatment. The front desk staff is always immensely helpful and incredibly friendly, Laurie has worked there for possibly almost a decade and is as kind as friendly as if it were her first week on the job. All of the staff members do what they can to outline the best payment strategy and work with your insurance for the best coverages.

I started out seeing Dr. K for orthodontics and he worked miracles on my mouth and brought my hideous fangs down into a beautiful smile. Dr. K always has a positive and encouraging attitude and does what he can to make the process painless and efficient.

Recently I have been seeing Dr. Tye and not only is he super upbeat and friendly, but you can tell that he genuinely cares about the health and well being of his patients. Knowing I m a college student in a new career he did his best to implement a treatment plan that was efficient but also cost effective when I was hit with a horrible and relentless toothache.

The hygienist, Jessica, does my cleanings and she is just as sweet as she is thorough, and makes the process as easy and laid back as possible. I don t dread going in for cleanings because of her!

I can t say enough about the amazing team, I would never go anywhere else!

Always friendly, always efficient. I've been going to this same office since 1970 and I've outlasted 2 previous Dentists. Dr. Kolakowski and Dr. Tye are both great and I recommend them both very highly.

I have been to many, many dentists over a long period of time. I am qualified to opine on the difference between a great dentist, an average dentist, and a poor one. Dr. K is among the best of all the dentists I have as far as his quality and standards. You will be amazed at the results you get. Highly, highly recommended.

Dr. K had terrible attitude. Never had enough time to even talk to his patients. I requested to see him many times and he wouldn t even come to see. He kept sending his coworker. Took me two hours each time I went there.

The office squeezed me in two days after I called as a new patient about a cracked tooth. I felt the office, and Dr. Tye, went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and to work with my insurance. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend.

The last several years I ve had Michelle as my hygienist. She is excellent and very thorough. However, I think we can always find people great at their jobs and it s really their people skills that set them apart. Even after 6 months, she ll still remember details about my life and it is very obvious that she cares. I always look forward to my visits with her and book my cleanings around her schedule. I also had my first encounter with Dr. White and I also have nothing, but great things to say about him as well. He was upbeat, friendly, and very intelligent. If you re looking for a dentist(s) that are all about preventative care and less about interventions that you don t necessarily need at the moment, this is your place!

Kolakowski was our family dentist for 5 years. My husband was told at his last visit that they would not clean his teeth until he had $1800. worth of work done (8 fillings and periodontal cleaning). We got a second and third opinion and none of the "required treatments" were necessary. My 8 year old son needed emergency dental care a week later and my son and I were treated horribly by Kolakowski.

Dr. Kolakowski and that entire team are just FIRST CLASS all the way.
My grandchildren now are patents with Dr. Kolakowski. Nothing more to say, truly the best.

I've been going to this dentist since about 2005. They have always treated me well and with courtesy. Never felt pressured to get extra work done. I've had two fillings replaced and never had a problem. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Horrible teeth cleaning! Jennifer will tell you anything to make you pay for full set exrays plus panoramic views $274 ...my teeth are in excellent condition as told by previous dentist and hygienists....Jennifer spent 15min on cleaning, very poor job! She spent more time trying to convince me telling me the expensive pano. view would reveal if I had a sinus infection or not. ( LIE ). Then told me to make another appointment for a cleaning...really? JUST A HORRIBLE WATSE OF TIME AND MONEY..So I spoke with VERY RUDE David Kolakowski...which was even worse!

Dr. K does great work. I went in there, he gave me choices on how and what I needed done. We agreed and I have never been so happy with my teeth. I hated smiling because I had crooked teeth, not anymore. Dr. K and his staff took great care of me. All of the dental assistants are friendly and nice. I ve been going there for close to 3 years now. He has a customer for life.

I have had alot of dental work done. Dr. White is amazing and they always have your best intrest in mind.

I've been a patient of David Kolakowski DDS since 1995ish. I've never felt comfortable being seen by a Dentist until I visited his office. He always makes you feel welcome and I always leave knowing I've had the best care/treatment possible.

P.S. The staff he employs are top notch as well, very friendly and make you feel welcome.

We absolutely love this place. From the moment we step in to the moment we leave, every single person is very nice polite funny. Dr. K. Is the best. Dr. White is my daughter doctor and he is absolutely amazing.

Have been going here for a couple years and they are absolutely amazing. Very gentle and will work with you in regards to appointment times. I have never had a problem, great work and recommend them to anyone having dental issues.

Me and my girls have been patients of Dr. K for 19 years. He is hands down the best dentist ever!!! I've seen many office staff come and go but that's expected anywhere you go.

Dentist gave me attitude when my mouth guard need for adjustment. They gave me false information saying my guard all covered by the insurance and I end up pay the rest of the fee after the guard made. Also, my wife's implant was not very successful and caused infection, which she need to do the implant again. Not recommend. Think twice before seeing these dentist.

If I know the guard kept getting uncomfortable, I won't go through doing it. Getting tired of asking to buy guard for everything. Also, my wife implant failed after 1 1/2 month because the Dr. said without the mouth guard it won't hold. This is not acceptable for excuse. We are leaving this office. Won't recommend Dr. Ziecina.

Horrible experience!!!! Go to a dentist that will stand behind their work. Was given the run around 3 seperate times after having pain on a tooth that Dr. Tye did work on (of course the response from Dr. K was to come back for a 4th time). Dr. K was extremely rude and condescending as if it was my fault I was in pain. Went to another dentist to find out that there were gaps left inside my tooth during the filling. Luckily the other dentist I went to was able to redo the filling and fix the problem.
