I should have read the reviews before ordering my daughter's leotard. The sizing is totally inaccurate with a 3 inches difference from what is written and what has been sent. But what has baffled me is their answer. Clearly unprofessional and rude. such poor customer service!
Avoid!
Ordered a leotard for a show 6 days in advance. They sent an email the following day saying the warehouse team were preparing the order. With only a day to go, I call and discover it hasn't been sent yet. Obviously the first email was a lie, unless it takes them four days to prepare a leotard. They've upgraded to express delivery, but with no guarantee it will arrive before the show run begins. Looks like we're going on a crazy last-minute hunt for a leotard :-(
Please note this company is Online only despite their details saying it s a shop with opening hours. One wasted trip to Swindon to be greeted on the phone by customer service girl who couldn t have cared less!!
I needed a simple leotard in an emergency for a show, but there was no way they were going to help me.
I am sure the products are great, but customer service very poor sadly.

It is just perfect and all the stuff is really good quality and the staff are very helpful I couldn't of asked for more I love all the all the leotards and close that's practically the stuff on my dance clothes but if you order on the website you can be a bit annoying as it costs quite a bit for a delivery I ordered quite a lot of time so it doesn't matter for me because you get free delivery over a certain amount best shop ever

STILL WAITING ON A REFUND AFTER NEARLY 3 MONTHS!! Do not believe their " refund backlog" is this bad!!! Awful company to deal with and the quality of their products are very poor.

I think this is a brilliant company, they have a wide array of sizes. My package arrived on time, customer services were really helpful!

No exchange policy so had to opt for a return when shoes didn't fit. Then took a very long time for refund to process. Not great.
Wanted to return a gift as it was incorrect colour, it arrived on 18th Dec, was gifted over Christmas, but all returns had to be back before 1st Jan! Returned the item at my own cost, only for them to post it back, won't exchange or refund or even communicate about the situation. This isn't even reasonable customer service! WILL NOT USE AGAIN.

Ordered Ballet shoes. Didn't turn up. Rung 4 times, each being told they are resending them. Still no shoes. Told I'm getting a refund. No refund made. Too exhausted to ring again and deal with this terrible company.
This company is appalling, I ordered some tap shoes, 2 weeks ago, and I m still waiting for them to arrive.. I have called the company numerous times and am told that they cannot tell me when they will be sent to me. I asked for my money back so that I can order elsewhere but they say that they cannot refund my money. I have to wait for the shoes to be delivered and then send them back for a refund. This is no way to do business and I would certainly not recommend them.
