Experiență cu adevărat dezamăgitoare la DallesGO. M-am înscris și am plătit integral pentru Curs Cooking Începători, curs care era promovat pe site-ul lor ca ținându-se lunea. La câteva luni bune după plată, au anunțat că mută cursul în ziua de vineri, zi la care nu pot participa. Le-am scris cerând rambursarea, explicând clar situația — și nu am primit niciun răspuns. Nici refuz oficial, nici o soluție, absolut nimic. Practic te lasă să plătești în avans pe baza informațiilor de pe site, iar dacă ei schimbă condițiile ulterior, nu-ți oferă nici măcar curtoazia unui răspuns. O practică care lasă cursantul complet fără nicio cale reală de ieșire. Gândiți-vă de două ori înainte să plătiți în avans aici.

Foarte proasta organizare!Mincinosi si banii nu ti mai recuperezi inapoi!!Dureaza saptamani pana iti raspunde cineva sa nu mai zic ca la email-uri nu iti raspunde nimeni!Inca nu am inceput cursul dar imi pare nespus de rau ca am platit.Sincer daca as putea da timpul inapoi nici macar nu i-as mai cauta pe google apai sa mai sun la ei.Pacat , nu merita.

Sunt multi pagubiti de DallesGo, iar eu sunt printre ei. Nu recomand. Neseriozitate totala. Am platit un curs, m-a tot amanat, am platit integral o caruta de bani, apoi a vrut sa mixeze cu alt curs, o catastrofa de organizare. Am facut retragere in cele 14 zile legale, si ma amana cu plata returului de 1 an.
Acum am aflat ca sunt alti pagubiti de ani de zile.
Ce se cheama asta ?

A star is too much for what Dalles offers.
I paid 2 years ago for a package of 3 courses and only one managed to deliver it according to the contract. One was offered online, without course support, without the possibility to record it in zoom and with a few dozen participants, which made it quite difficult to assimilate any information.
For the accreditation exam, all the participants failed to call, they didn't even have to send an e-mail ...
The third course was to start in class, but the teacher who taught it told us that due to medical problems he would be replaced.
The people from Dalles did not bother to give us official information in this regard, so we do not know if we will do the course again, they will return our money or we will take our traditional "spike" ...
The ladies who spoke to us so tenderly when they called us for payment now when we call for info answer dryly "you will receive info by mail", only the mail doesn't come anymore ...

Best classes and best teachers in Romania. Best thing about this school is that you can go and assist a class for free and see exactly what they do and if the class suits you.

I recommend this course to everyone! I went to the cooking class and it was a wonderful experience thanks to the teachers. Whether you are a student or already working, DallesGO courses have a very accessible program. It is exceptionally good whether you are a beginner (when you learn the basic skills to do well in the kitchen) or you already know how to cook (where you will develop your palette and learn the logic behind cooking). Teachers are both serious and open to questions! I wholeheartedly recommend it, it helped me start cooking and I also enjoyed the process!

Really bad communication. You can hardly find someone to answer your questions or answer to the emails. You have to send 10 messages to have a small chance of receiving an answer. They promised something and they don't do what they say. I don't recommend them.

After 2 Make-up courses at DallesGO...I can hardly wait for the third one - Make-up Pro! <3 Narcisa Simandan and Nick Barna are the best teachers and professionals in town and it's really hard not to love learning from them... actually it's really hard not to love that entire place! Full of amazing people, dedicated and passionate, at DallesGO you discover a new family and you start practicing what you love! In conclusion: DallesGO are the best after-work courses eveeeeeer! :)

A totally unprofessional attitude in communicating with students; a mocking attitude towards the students even from the Manager of DallesGo, who chose to remove the students from the communication groups because they were denied the courses offered free of charge by him and we chose the option to withdraw from taking classes DallesGo, courses delayed over a year. Innocent and incoherent justifications, lamentations, ridiculous apologies and blame for others; the fact that they do not have teachers to take the appropriate courses or equipment in the classrooms is not the fault of anyone other than DallesGo o
Although I had a good opinion of them at the beginning of the collaboration, now, unfortunately, I do not recommend this platform for afterwork courses.
