Thank you cyclamania!! visited this shop to get my beloved bike serviced, staff were very helpful and professional and could not do enough to help me. Told the mechanic I had a problem with my gears he jumped on and gave it a ride found the problem and fixed it with no hassle. Very reasonable prices and lots of accessories to look at, would definitely recommend this bike shop and look forward to visiting again soon!!

Excellent service! They couldnt help me enough. Not sure what the 2 reviews above are on about though. Clearly have no clue about bikes.......

After purchasing a fairly expensive, high performance Scott bike from this shop i was deeply disappointed to find that when i collected the bike it not only did not come with any warranty or maintenance information,but mainly how reluctant the staff were to help me get the bike in my car - on my own. After riding for 1-2 weeks a fault which meant that the bike would not change down gears developed. still trusting in Cyclemania at this point i contacted them about this, in which they said "no problem, bring it back and we'll sort it, its just teething problems" - I cant remember the last time i was given a clearly faulty product and when returned was told it was teething problems! So, after returning the bike for these problems and benefiting from a full service at the same time, i then continued to ride the bike, when directly after the return to the shop the bike developed a problem where again, it would not change gear, only this time it was every gear! Also, an application which i refused to purchase from them was applied to the chain, which when riding appeared to cause a jump. After my problems i decided to take the bike to a PROFESSIONAL bicycle mechanic which informed me that the gearing system had been adjusted to the point where it was dangerous, with the gear cable so loose that if i had proceeded to ride the bike would have snapped and cause me to loose control of the bike and subsequently be in serious danger of ending up under a car. When calling the shop to discuss this they became very reluctant to help me and were unprofessional and aggressive. I suggest that no one purchase from this shop, i have also contacted Scott Cycles to stress my concerns towards Cyclemania selling their bikes.

Please do not purchase from them!

Besides tapping me for as much money as they could, I had to get the back wheel re-serviced just 2 weeks later.

I wouldn't use them if I were you!
