It is an excellent hospital with conscientious doctors, attentive to patients and very competent. As everywhere, of course, we can have a disappointment but we must not make a generality. In the radiology department, respect for appointments, it is rare that we have to wait. Very welcoming staff. So in general, given my experience, it's the best hospital in the area. It is not a hospital but a factory where I went to the emergency room and I was badly received. After 4 hours of exams, we did not want to give me the results of analysis and told me to go see a specialist! I suffered a lot and they did not even give me a calming! And I do and better! Disgusted !

Incredible, I went to emergency after accident, I was treated in the hallway, meeting with an orthopedic proposed 3 days later and ultrasound of the knee in a month MRI necessary but impossible before 3 months ??? In short I was treated in France and fortunately ultrasound in 2 days and MRI in 15 days (continued knee condition .... In short it is shameful that they have excellent orthopedic .. is HONTEUX !!! the emergency service ????

No support no comforting word before the surgery and worse no communication after! We had to go to another hospital to ask for news and after many insisted we had answers from another surgeon. Aside from the nurses, the doctors are not very present.

The meals are desolate, minimalist, very ordinary and disgusting. After 3 days, eat well, preferably with eyes closed.

My experience at the maternity ward is very positive, the midwifery team is just great and I especially thank Lucile, Tracy and the girl who has been a midwife for a year. The bedrooms are very clean. The physiotherapist spent 2 times during my stay.

We went to this hospital for a variety of reasons. The last is the hospitalization of our daughter, we were well received, guided and taken in hand. The pediatric service is more than professional, the staff is listening to parents, it is reassuring and takes care of our children wonderfully well. What is to blame is the surveillance rooms of 4m2 where there is a cot and a single chair serving as bed for accompanying no windows on the outside or it feels like a sardine in its box. Do people who have designed this arrangement have only once in their life to live in it? Thursday, we went to see him and on the spot, we were told that, he was STILL moved but orthopedic! We send him to the dispensary without telling my mother. Let us not forget that he is only 15 years old therefore MINORS and that the parents must be warned! Friday evening, we will see my brother, when a nurse tells us that he is AGAIN MORE TRANSFERRED but there in pediatrics knowing that when we came to the emergency room, we were told that he had no more age, that from 16 years it went to 14 years AND 9 months! We try to know the why of the how? And the orthopedic service had the nerve to say that my brother was really not well and that it was my mother who told them! We were hallucinating !! Except that one brother is doing really well, laughs and find his humor! The pediatrician came to check on my brother and everything was fine! And worst of all, no visits to a doctor or a surgeon since Wednesday! Knowing that at the base a doctor must come to see his patients every day and explain the progress. But nothing at all !! When we ask the nurses from all the departments if the surgeon will come, we don't know how to laugh in the face !! And to say that it is thanks to a trainee who came to see if everything went well who was to have confirmation! And honestly, a big thank you to this intern who thanks to her gave us confirmation!

Dr Jean Benoit Dussart (knee, elbow and hand surgery) is an extremely competent and benevolent doctor, following a motorcycle accident (Triad of hotchkiss), he succeeded in rebuilding my bone using plate rather than to put me a prosthesis which would have caused me problems very quickly given my "young" age. I follow him extremely grateful.
On the other hand, if you come across Dr Saied OLAMAZADEH (shoulder, hip and knee surgery, trauma), flee, flee very far. He "handed" my elbow back to the ER without knowing what I had (probably thinking that my elbow was just dislocated). In addition, he wanted to "test" the numbing gas so as not to have to anesthetize me completely (I heard the conversation with his colleague). Gas did not work on me and I could tell him that I was not gassed, he still put my arm back without warning me ... Unbearable moment that I will remember all my life! All of the interns and interns (and even Dr's colleague) instantly fled the room because my scream must have made their blood run cold.
