A really bad product. Slow, outdated, expensive technology with no customer support.

Slow, unreliable internet service that drops multiple times a day and sometimes is out for days. Unresponsive customer service, zero tech support. A poorly run company.

Trying to support the little guy gets you...well...lots of days and nights with no service. So what they're the most expensive internet provider in town...I'm supporting a local business, right? Wait, local and high priced, they should have great customer service to help out their local support. Nope. You can call in, but they offer no help and are understaffed so...yeah you just pay for days of service with no offer of reimbursement afterward. Once you try to end service...well they charge for another month just to bleed the last little bit out of their dwindling customer base.

Very happy with all their services. I can always get a person on the phone if I need help and they always take as much time as needed even if the problem isn't with their system. A GREAT Spam Blocker and web mail more secure than my other outlets.

I haven t had internet for 3 days. This is the 5th time it s been out for days in the last three months. Cyber mesa doesn t offer tech support and they won t return my calls or schedule a tech to fix the issue. I can t even reach them to cancel my service. Do not use!

Cyber mesa is a great deal with monthly low payments. I recommend if you don't mind slower speeds and don't want to pay an arm and leg for internet.

Prompt installation. Have had their service for about a month without interruption. Speed is good. They seem to be serious about giving good service. Price is reasonable.

Always helpful in resolving any issues, which we don't have many of. Fast, super high speed internet without any interruptions. Love it.

Ive had Cyber Mesa for a while now and I have had no problems! I have the kids doing online school now plus the cell phones plus my Netflix, Hulu, and prime and it runs all of them at the same time with no issues. When I call they are quick to respond. I highly recommend Cyber Mesa!
