Such a horrible lying place to work for they blocked me from the same place they found me. Floor is miserable to work on with mask an the heat, but only a select few have to wear them properly. From dress code to the way your wore your mask there was a double set of standards of WONDERFUL HR chick. There's a way to teach an a wall of SHAME is so degrading for enyone trying to learn.

You have a wonderful support staff, but you have to get passed being the newbie..third night working, I went from...ugh..to great work time.

Been here for 6 hours and still not loaded, they keep telling that they are waiting for 2 pallets to bring from another warehouse, I guess nobody is capable to do that in 6 hours...

Been working in the office at CS Manufacturing for a little over 2 years now. The people are what make this place great! Everyone is always willing to help each other and make sure that everyone has what they need to excel in their positions.

CS Manufacturing is a work hard but play harder company. The job is what you make of it, If you put little effort in you will get little effort out of it. However if you go in everyday with a positive attitude and want to make the best of each day the job is very awarding.

I look forward to everyday that I go to CS as its not just a job its a family.

I've been working for CS for over 4 years and have had the opportunity to work in multiple positions. The work can be challenging at times but what job isn't. Started my career as CS Manufacturing 22 years ago this month as an 18 year old fresh out of high school. One of the best decisions of my life. CS offers a great opportunity for hard working, ambitious men and women to have a career (not a job).

Fair pay. Pretty easy to get in. Rude office staff when i called for simple info.

I have been there for 10 years and plan on retiring from there. CS has a great monthly bonus program and an awesome yearly bonus. The HR team is great. Ed Alexander is good at dealing with my crazy stuff on almost a daily basis. They are really good about family issues. When my husband needed 2 surgeries in a 3 month span of time they were really good about the time off that I needed. Tim( the owner ) always greets me by name.Steve Brott always asks me about my husband and how he's doing. Plus he remembers his name. As far as I'm concerned those are the kind of things that matter.

There is no 90 day raise, no days off or insurance. The lie and work u as fast as they can to get out parts. Got fired for asking Ed about the rules and since I said I don't like being lied to. Says I'm unfit for work hostile for wanting 3 days off a raise and insurance. Just wanted what I thought I was working for to get told not to come in.
