I have been there for 10 years and plan on retiring from there. CS has a great monthly bonus program and an awesome yearly bonus. The HR team is great. Ed Alexander is good at dealing with my crazy stuff on almost a daily basis. They are really good about family issues. When my husband needed 2 surgeries in a 3 month span of time they were really good about the time off that I needed. Tim( the owner ) always greets me by name.Steve Brott always asks me about my husband and how he's doing. Plus he remembers his name. As far as I'm concerned those are the kind of things that matter.
