You can never go past a Crumpler Bag to be honest the quality is there for life, the quality is there for ever and it's the best money you can invest on. the customer service here is excellent what more do you want from the little bourke store?

Had an issue with a Dry Red No. 5 after a couple of years and the lifetime warranty is everything it is reputed to be -- you can safely fork out your hard-earned knowing that you are buying a bag to last.
Jen at head office is extremely helpful and professional and promptly handles repair and replacement issues. As Crumpler say, their bags are so well made that repairs are "Rarer than a magenta unicorn but more frequent than Haley s Comet". Many thanks for your assistance!

The long-awaited Crumpler head office. However, surprisingly, there was not much assortment. However, there are new works and it is worth a look. Also, if you stay in Melbourne for a long time, it might be nice to have custom made. You can choose the colors etc. yourself.

Just purchased a nice "Credential bag" this morning... Sale ended on Monday. The manager (I won't name for security reasons) was so helpful and offered to hold the bag so I could collect 4 days later at the sale price!!

Been a real ballache trying to get my 1 year old suitcase fixed.
They haven't been helpful at all even though it is supposed to have a lifetime guarantee.
Basically told to get it fixed myself and they will pay up to $50 for the repair.
I told them that I can't find anywhere that can do the repair required but now I'm being ignored.

The service here is always terrible. 1) The staff are always too busy talking between themselves than even acknowledging the existence of any of the potential customers. 2) I know and am more excited about the range and quality of products that they ever are at this store.
