Poorly run business from the top to the bottom. Incompetent managers promoted have turned off employees and are leaving in waves. Zero promotion within. Outsource a ton of work to other countries billed as Global Employment .
Very negative culture and reliance on removing lower-level employees to make sure Directors and Executives can keep their Christmas bonus. Quality and process improvement is non-existent.
Extremely high turnover here. Incompetence is everywhere in management, whom most of come from companies they drove into the ground themselves, only to be hired here. Story repeats...
Went for an interview; everyone was pleasant and it seemed like a good company!
