Poorly run business from the top to the bottom. Incompetent managers promoted have turned off employees and are leaving in waves. Zero promotion within. Outsource a ton of work to other countries billed as Global Employment .

Very negative culture and reliance on removing lower-level employees to make sure Directors and Executives can keep their Christmas bonus. Quality and process improvement is non-existent.
