"Crisis services" is not honest about who they work with or why they're available. They work with the police and if you tell them you're suicidal they will sicc the police on you. Know that before you call.
Was having a breakdown at 4am last week and the woman really helped me. I was having a wig out about how i needed to call off work along with suicidal stuff and she helped me calm down and i was able to call off for the rest that I needed.
