$6k in fees for a land closing, charged `2x sellers fees on same deal and took ~2 months to send over final documents after closing ... have had better value and same / better service levels at Lecce Arcodia in the past and will be going back to them.

Thought their bill for $3500 was quite high for setting up a SOLE OWNERSHIP LLC in NY State. Original quote was $1k-$2k and internet search indicates that that is the typical cost for the least complicated of LLC, one I could have set up myself for a few hundred dollars. Was wondering what other firms would have charged?
