I was disappointed in the flowers my mother recieved. I was specific about what I wanted and named the flowers I preferred. I saw this arrangement delivered to another person and fell in love with it. It was in a cornucopia. I was very disappointed in what I received. Not worth the 90 dollars. Not 1 peach colored lily which I specifically ask for.

I ordered an item online called "Florist's Choice for Romance". Next to the item is a picture of a bouquet of reds, pinks, whites. Romantic colors, right? Well, what my wife got yesterday was a woven basket filled with orange and yellow flowers, with faux brown oak leaves. Mind you it's a week after Thanksgiving, there are no leaves on any trees, and even a thin layer of snow on the ground. So not only did they not get the season correct, they also missed the whole "romantic" part of the order.

I call, and a rude woman agrees to replace the basket, but never once apologized. In fact, she decided to argue with me over what the order said. According to her, nowhere did she see "romance" in the order, even though I offered to provide a screenshot of my invoice showing the picture of reds/pinks/whites and the literal word "romance".

Steer clear.

The flowers were even prettier than the picture online. Thank you!

Delivery is always prompt and the flowers are always in excellent condition. I have been getting flowers for my wife from there for 16 years now, and will continue to do so for many more years to come.

My family have been loyal customers of Cottage Flowers since before I was born. In fact, I used to work at the Hobby House when I was a student, long before Cottage Flowers expanded into that space. The staff and owners have always been kind and super helpful, especially when we were agonizing over funeral flowers for my grandma, Maria Jackson (died in 2000), a long-time visitor to the store. Even though I miss the personal service, I love that I can send my family flowers easily from Europe, and trust that they will be receiving something gorgeous.

I am from Fort Wayne, IN but currently live in Nashville TN. I have learned if I want to have fresh and beautiful flowers delivered to my family and friends in and around the Fort Wayne area, I order locally; and Cottage Flowers is my "go to" florist. I have not been a fan of ordering flowers from the larger national brands because they lack the personal touch. Cottage Flowers has the personal touch AND this is a great way to support a great community business.

I ordered flowers from California and it was so easy. The flowers were delivered to my mother in Fort Wayne (and when I requested) and the arrangement was beautiful. If you haven't seen the birthday cake floral arrangement, check it out! It is fabulous!

Will never recommend this company to anyone. Mediocre flowers showed up with Valentines day Note on Feb 15th afternoon, delivery slip showing they were suppose to be delivered on Feb 14th before 4pm. Called, excuse was that their driver didn't make it in time so delivering them the day after is apparently acceptable. What a joke.

Cottage flowers did my wedding flowers. They were affordable and Sharon the designer took the time to sit with me and find exactly what I wanted.

The only reason I give 4 stars is that I asked to get a phone call on my cell phone when the flowers were delivered to the hotel so that my bridesmaids could come down and get them and we could be sure the guys had their bouts before heading out the door. That phone call never happened and when I realized we were about to leave the hotel with no flowers I PANICKED. Luckily they had been delivered to the front desk of the hotel BUT I should have known from that promised phone call.

It seemed reasonably priced. The have very good popcorn also.

Actual flowers themselves were adored once received but I had a terrible experience with delivery. I ordered flowers from out of town for my grandparents as a surprise in Fort Wayne (order 15800) to be delivered on a certain day. I even called the shop to confirm the delivery that same day, and the associate assured me they were being delivered as we spoke. By the end of the day, the recipients had still not received anything. The next day I called the shop and spoke to the same woman. She said she would have to check with the driver and see what happened. She did not follow up with me after this, but did call my grandparents directly, ruining the surprise! I was never informed or contacted any further by the shop, but instead was updated by my grandparents, who contacted me upon the receipt of flowers. I understand that things do happen with delivery and I appreciated that things were worked out in the end , but I am upset about the fact that I was not updated AT ALL when the flowers were not delivered the first day, and that I was never followed up with about the order after delivery. My grandparents should not have been the ones who had to coordinate the delivery themselves as it was supposed to be a surprise.

I ordered flowers via the website around 1:00 PM and they were delivered around 3:00 PM the same day. Very pleased with the turn around time from order to delivery. Cottage flowers exceeded my expectations.

After spending considerable time ordering a bouquet of flowers to be sent out of state for a fundeal and ordering online, I received a phone call telling me that my bouquet could no longer be sent. I was more than happy to pay a shipping charge since the flowers were going out of state. The woman I spoke to on the phone had no idea about any website and she wasn't willing to listen to my explanation about the website either. She kept saying that I either had to go through FTD or FedEx. When I asked her why I was even able to order online she said she didn't know, explained that she would refund my money, and hung up. I will no longer be using Cottage Flowers for any of my floral needs and I will not recommend it to anyone one in or out of Fort Wayne. Instead of being sympathetic and explaining the entire situation this woman was mightily less than helpful.

Horrible, unprofessional. Certainly will not bother them again to ask for a thing. Left me on hold forever, did not seem to care that I was unhappy with service. Took my business to McNamara Florist who were happy to help

My sister, from Texas, said I would be getting a delivery on Friday. When a basket of flowers arrived, my breath was taken away. The flowers were so fresh and beautifully arranged. My house immediately began to smell wonderful! Such a nice birthday surprise! This is, by far, the most beautiful arrangement I've ever received from an "Call 800" florist. I stopped using this service, myself, after a couple bad experiences from other florists across the country. I made sure to note that Cottage Flowers made this arrangement and plan on using them as my local florist from now on.
