Be careful with who you work with, some of their agents do not have your best interests in mind and are only concerned with getting their commission...one agent (P. Crosby) even demands a broker s fee before reaching closing/signing the lease... also management, esp. A. Sherman, knows about some of their agent s inappropriate business procedures and do whatever they can to protect the agent, rather than finding remedies for the client. Stay away.
