Very Well Handled, Drop off was a Pain (not Container Ones Fault), Only due to placement. I had to rent equipment later to slide it back another 20 foot where i wanted placed. Over all, compared to Local Places that was selling Containers, the one i received was Far Higher Quality and much cheaper then Local. Would have Bought Again, But Prices went up for same container. Wasn't in That big of need for the other, Just would have been nice for Extra Storage.

I bought 2 40fters and they were delivered separately. Both times the driver was very professional and courteous. The second time the same driver came and the move-in was so much easier. He took the time to make sure all was safe, level and straight. I could not be happier with the service.

Very pleased with the trailer. However, I thought the price included setup, and the driver informed me that wasn't his job. Finally got him to at least put it on blocks.

My husband & I recently completed our 2nd transaction with ContainerOne - their sales reps are knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. There was no pressure during our initial inquiries or purchases and the payment process was fast and easy. The Logistics representative worked within our time restraints and got our deliveries scheduled for when we both could be present. The claims department handled our concerns with the first purchase perfectly, including getting authorization for our most desired resolution directly from the Executive Vice President! This is why we chose ContainerOne for our second 40' container. Both containers were placed exactly where we needed them and the delivery driver was amazing - he did so well delivering and placing our 1st container, that we specifically requested him for the 2nd. Our storage needs are currently satisfied, but we highly recommend ContainerOne as the perfect solution for acquiring shipping containers.

My father had to do a dispute on his credit card because container one did not help him at all. we were told on facebook messenger that the container has 1 year warranty but nobody would help him. I believe he spoke with someone called Lexie . anyway.. be aware of their fake warranty. we have disputed with the credit card and are getting our money back this way

Great price on shipping container. Arrived in great shape and the person that delivered it dropped it in the exact spot I wanted it. Nice!

I ordered two 40 foot containers. The units were delivered at two separate times by different drivers. Even with this fact, the units match, which was a big relief. There was a disconnect with ordering and delivery, but this was worked out with no major impact to the project, but did take a lot of calls, hence, 4 vs. 5 stars. Competitive price with a good team. Highly recommended.

I purchased a 40' long high bay container from Container one. I felt I received a good value and would easily consider purchasing another one from them. I would have listed 5 stars, but am giving 4 because the driver was not able to place the container where it had been requested, despite his best efforts. It boiled down to the ground being too soft as it had been raining for multiple days prior to delivery. My expectation is that I would have been warned of potential issues due to the large amount of rainfall that been received when Container One called and said that they had the container ready. The driver got stuck immediately upon arriving on my property and I had to use my tractor to assist in moving and was not able to place where I had desired.
