I opened a travel list, but the friendly and helpful staff, despite the kindness, did not miss the problems. I set an appointment and I don't find any staff available, so I had to wait for the shift. I book the honeymoon but forget a flight and I had to spend 500 more than I expected even though I had specified to book the whole trip. I close the list and wait for weeks for another yet to be notified by relatives. Now that I am asking for a refund, I am told that there are technical times to respect ... A huge disappointment! To respond to his reply, living in the province of Syracuse, it seems unlikely to me that he had asked me to leave Rome, in any case I would have had to get to Rome somehow and in fact I had asked his colleague to book Catania flights too. Rome. His very kind colleague replied that we could also book these flights later, but that was no longer done until 3 days before departure.
