I opened a travel list, but the friendly and helpful staff, despite the kindness, did not miss the problems. I set an appointment and I don't find any staff available, so I had to wait for the shift. I book the honeymoon but forget a flight and I had to spend 500 more than I expected even though I had specified to book the whole trip. I close the list and wait for weeks for another yet to be notified by relatives. Now that I am asking for a refund, I am told that there are technical times to respect ... A huge disappointment!
