Unfortunately we could not convince with advice, service quality and communication. The Sumitomo splicers that you sell are basically good and meet the market requirements. The service for the devices is practically non-existent.
We had to organize the device maintenance through third party companies and this was very tedious, time intensive and cost us a lot of energy and money.
In the same price segment there are other providers with good equipment and good service quality.
