Just a quick shout out for Michael, he really knows his stuff and is a great resource for our small company.

I really appreciated Michael talking computer stuff in a language i could understand. He is knowledgeable and is not trying to sell you services you don't need. Also, he works on several issues simultaneously. While one computer is doing updates, he is fixing the printer, so you don't feel like you are paying someone to watch the progress bar move. Would definitely contact him every time we need help with our office and home computers.
