Chandler Macleod & Ross Julia Ross Review

I was treated absolutely horrible while undertaking a role through Chandler Macleod. Brooke in particular looked down on me and made me feel worthless, I can't believe I put up with the way I was treated for so long. No support from any of the staff - they're too interested in their own commission. Please do not sign up with Chandler Macleod, it mentally destroyed me and my confidence. I found another agency and immediately saw the difference in the professionalism and respect - I'm now employed on a full-time basis and appreciated with awesome management who cares about my well-being. This recruitment agency is pathetic - the girls working there are self-absorbed children.

The employees didn't check in once while I was at my job. I felt 0 support and was very disappointed with the way they handled my negative feedback.

The employees automatically side with any organisations/departments they have a relationship with as they want their commission badly and are happy to get it even if it means treating their candidates terribly.

Worked with these guys in Melbourne for 2 years and then I moved to Adelaide. They're really helpful to get me a job in Adelaide. Fantastic service. One of the best job consultants in Australia.

Unprofessional employees, bad practices, knowingly bad positions that they put people forward for.

The Absolute worst Recruitment Agency I have ever been involved with and I've been to all of them, their attitude towards their Customer's is disgusting. They're not supportive, they're dishonest, only out to make that commission and overall extremely unprofessional. I highly advise you to look elsewhere for employment help as these people especially Nina need major restructuring, the way they run this service is unacceptable and should be shut down.

Initially everything seemed fine, I was given a contract within the first week of signing up with Chandler Macleod. Going forward, there was little to no communication with the team. I had some concerns about the workplace and the employees didn t offer any kind of support or assistance. Will never be going back to them especially after having such different positive experiences with other agencies.
