I called on Easter Sunday to leave a message and was called back by a service technician immediately. He was able to troubleshoot our problem and we were back online right away. He was extremely polite even though his holiday was interrupted. I definitely recommend Comelec.
Downloads will slow down as they go on, so the 20-30min download becomes a 2hr download.

The customer service at Comelec is one of the best. You can call at any time leave a message and someone (a real person) will call you back. Sometimes even the owner. They usually resolve any issues we have to the best of their abilities.

Pretty fast speeds for how far i am away from the the tower, reliable in hard rainy weather. They call you back anytime you call them, they treat you like a real customer and not just a number. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent priced no data cap internet provider.

Update: the rep did come out on Sunday to hook up my internet. Though it was not easy. Since they use a dish, he had to find a good spot to put it, and the landlord didn't want holes in the new roof. The tree was the best spot. So I now have to bury cable to hide the cable running through my yard....

Awful awful experience with them. Hours on the phone trying to troubleshoot my slow/choppy connection. Refused several times to send someone to look the at wiring as they did not want to admit fault on their end. Ended up cancelling due to how troublesome it became. Would avoid at all costs.
