I lived in this building for almost 4 years and it is the BEST building (and at the time) was extremely priced well given the location. However, after viewing it this year, It's absolutely NOT worth the 1500 price for a studio that cost 1,000 justa few years ago!!! And What that other guy said...yea...no more free coffee anymore.. and I would move back in heartbeat if the price was right. But it's not.

My floor manager behavior was the best thing about living here. She was always ready and willing to help and took the time to work out an issue with our apartment. Cheers him!

I have lived here since I first moved to Chicago in 2011. I moved momentarily to Lincoln Park because I'm in my 20's and I felt like it was an appropriate neighborhood. BIG MISTAKE. I ended up running back to the Gold Coast as soon as I could! There is free coffee and tea 24 hours, a 24 hour gym, bike room, laundry room and maintenance. The rates are really good for what you end up getting. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a 1 bedroom in a great location.
