This was an OK tour not too impressive. It is cool to see the center but the has many restrictions.
Even with the city pass you still need to make reservation for the tours at the ticket kiosk.

The tour was organized very well, it went smoothly and extremely educational. The tour showed me the behind the scenes to a broadcast. In addition it was nice to learn about domestic and international CNN facts.

You don't have to tour.. Just visit the souvenir shop and take pictures in front of the CNN signboard...

On our tour it's walking, with many sets of stairs to climb up and down the floors. If you are unable to walk stairs then ask about the tour using elevators, (wish I knew about that one).

The tour was interesting, but not very long. The tour guide was just ok and seemed super rehearsed and rushed. I am glad I did the tour because I love CNN, but I don't think I saw anything super special or learned anything new.
The building is absolutely gorgeous and the ticket is cheap but I guess it s because you only see everything through a glass and the tour is very short.

It's fun to visit the studios of such a well-known TV channel, but there is no particularly spectacular interest. If you are in Atlanta you must do this visit. We can't miss it.
It's nice 15 min tour but little bit overrated. You can find the information that is shared on tour on internet and in much detail. Basically they will show few sets, control center etc and you get a chance to go through their expensive gift store. Momento photo that you take here is costly too.
It was a good tour. If you are lucky, you can appreciate how a program is recorded. You take pictures at the beginning of the tour and then you can not take pictures anymore, that's the only thing I did not like. At the end you go to the souvenir shop and you can buy the photos.
The tour was interesting to start, but as you go through you get the feeling you re not seeing anything. You only get to see the outside of some studios but don t go inside any. The security guard had a complex and was quite rude. Overall slightly unenjoyable and not worth the $15.
We took the VIP Tour and really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about how shows were put together and we got to see some live control rooms in action.

The tour lasts 45 minutes and it is not interactive. You can not touch anything or take pictures or videos. There are no toilets during the tour and you just talk about the history of the canal, something boring for children.
I never thought there'd be so much to see at the CNN center, but it surprised me. The food was good and had a few options, that made it easier for me with all of the kids I had. I expected a little more from the Cartoon Network store but it was overall a good trip.

Good experience if you don t take any bag that looks like a duffel bag. There is no locker to leave the bag. Family friendly attractions 50 minutes of tour for base package. The food court has lot of fast food options.
Great place to visit in Atlanta and bring visitors to the studio tour, you have the opportunity to see live news feed with anchors to CNN international. Do not forget to pass by their shop for their memoriabelia. Also in the main floor restaurant lobby there is an actual reporter Hummer loaded...
