You cannot speak with a real person when you call. You need to leave a message. Call is returned the next day. If you miss their call, they leave a message and again you get to call Closing USA to leave another message. Good luck!

I work as a real estate paralegal in Florida; this refinance loan closing has been the worst experience of my life. Delays in funding, and now, a week after expiration of rescission period, and still no funds received. And, God-forbid one should extend the courtesy of returning messages -- three have been left and gone unanswered. Absolutely unprofessional! No even worth one star

Never choose this people. No one answer the phone nor return any phone call. Never received closing packet.

Closing USA was supposed to fund my loan yesterday. I still have not received the funds. What is the status?

Cannot reach anybody after they screwed up my closing.

No body takes the call , even if we leave call back number, they will never call back.
