I bled out 2 years ago and needed 6 units of blood. I was needled over 50 times using both arms. Victor was the only one who could get blood out of me everytime on the first try !! I will miss him at Mercy if I ever have to come there again.
He is fantastic at what he does !!
Be warned. Totally crooked lab. They should be reported. Horrible service. I did collections for these people and they lose results.
Do not use if wanting to travel. We ordered 5 Covid saliva tests, registered them online and returned them in the Kansas City drop box location. Results came back quickly...great! Unfortunately, they were time-stamped wrong and NOT within the 72 hour time frame for my travels. I registered the kits when they arrived 7 days prior to travel. 3 days prior to travel I collected the sample and dropped it in the box. They counted the day I registered them as the collection date, even though nothing in their instruction pamphlets or online registration indicate that it will be time stamped as such. Customer service was super unhelpful and refused to give me another test or refund my worthless $600 tests. Don't make the same mistake I did....register after that 72 hour window. Nothing in their instructions say that and I paid a heavy price for their negligence. Be clearer on your registration process!
Ordered a home PCR test. Followed all instructions to the exact letter. Test resulted as indeterminate. Total waste of the money as no ability to explain issues with test or additional testing offered without purchasing another test.

I was told 1-3 days for results. It's been 3 weeks. They tell me because I am the donor they cannot give ME information. Like, what?! But the MRO can tell me what's going on. Guess what? The MRO says they have no idea why CRL would still have my test after 3 weeks.
A horrible company that should go out of business.
We called for an inquiry about specimens. There was a brief hold, spoke with a live person right away, she answered our questions succinctly.....very impressed with the promptness and quick service. Thank You!
Incredibly slow, rude, and unhelpful. Tried to ask a simple question and was hung up on. I'd look anywhere else for testing. Do not recommend.
CRL are you misleading business owners and employees by marketing a saliva Covid test and claiming it is superior to the gold standard Nasal Swab PCR, based on a very flawed study from Yale? Is it true that there was less than 80 people in the study and roughly a third of the Nasal swabs were self administered (everyone knows you can't rely on self collected nasal as no one wants to stick the swab as far in as it needs to go), and the majority of the saliva collected was from highly supervised and controlled hospital patients, that delivered a volume of "clean" saliva that can never be repeated in the workplace? So Shady, Buyer Beware as actual outcomes in the real world workplace setting could leave employees/employers at risk!
CRL discarded an OFT sample from our company and failed to notify agent..been waiting over 2 weeks for the results to issue a life policy..so unprofessional!
