I went to the site to start an orthodontic procedure. I took the exams and already in the first dental appointment, a woman named Natachy, did not explain treatment time, did not explain device options or wanted to know if the patient was interested or not in other options and was soon putting the device that generates monthly maintenance of 70 reais while there are devices with shorter duration and maintenance.every three.months. When I asked for other options, the dentist recommended that I speak only when the procedure was complete. In the end, it still charged 70 reais for putting the device in when it is correct to pay for each maintenance. Maintenance is something that is done with an object already in use and not the first time. They did not give a receipt, only after I asked for whatsapp.
Health plan users are quick to generate revenue without giving due attention.
They offered to return the money and remove the device, but upon arriving at the site, the dentist still came with a document for the client to sign and say that he was giving up the treatment for a personal reason and that he would assume this responsibility. That is, trying to get rid of their own professional performance and transfer it to the customer who was not warned about the device options and was already putting it in the first service. He does a job and recommends that the staff come back on another day to generate an appointment for the plan. Answers by talking to an employee while putting on the device instead of concentrating on what you are doing.
