I took the exams and already in the first dental appointment, a woman named Natachy, did not explain treatment time, did not explain device options or wanted to know if the patient was interested or not in other options and was soon putting the device that generates monthly maintenance of 70 reais while there are devices with shorter duration and maintenance.every three.months. When I asked for other options, the dentist recommended that I speak only when the procedure was complete. In the end, it still charged 70 reais for putting the device in when it is correct to pay for each maintenance. Maintenance is something that is done with an object already in use and not the first time. They did not give a receipt, only after I asked for whatsapp.
