Climatecraft

I was one of the108 people they hired. My department was final assembly. I came in ahead of the group and they still let me go. I worked for GovernAir years before that. Their units weren't all that great either, but they were very unbiased when it came to their workers. Yeah... All those orders they got when they hired us, came to a crashing halt, not long after.

ClimateCraft makes an average Hvac unit! that said, its always a last minute rush job to deliver units on time. this is due to piss poor scheduling and the fact that management runs everyone off! last year they hired 107 people and lost 108 people. Long hours and low pay is what you have to look forward to if you work here. also Jennifer in HR will not investigate or defend an employee she is all about the company. The treatment of employees by the company and management is bad. there is a lead named lance. that has run off more employees than cancer. Management is aware and allows this to continue. even allows blame to be placed on the employees in such cases. The day after I went to the VA and was told I had severe emotional distress. If I had the money I'd sue! Also they screwed me out of my last check!
