Great staff. Had an international package returned by customs due to not having enough info on my custom forms. The lady I worked with took the time and effort to make sure my forms are filled out correctly, proactively spoke to her supervisor on getting me a discount to remail the package even though it wasn't really their fault. A++

Made an appointment for a passport renewal for 3 people at 2:15PM. I get here exactly at 2:15 and there is a line out the door. I am told that I will not be assisted until 3PM. I do not understand what is the point in making an appointment if I am going to be assisted as if I am a walk in. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE & THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! WAITED AN HOUR JUST TO BE ASSISTED!!! I will never be coming back here again

I went to the postal office because I needed to send an important package, I saw that this was the only postal office open at a late time. I went there and q great agent Raj helped me so much. His customer service skills were on point. Friendly and willing to help. I recommend this USPS office.

Great post office. The staff are very helpful and nice from morning til they close at late at night. Very useful for anyone with important mail that can't get to a post office in normal USPS hours.
