They refuse to pay you in a timely manner. I wouldn't recommend using them if you do not have strict due dates. 3rd week without being paid now.

Been working with Clayton for a couple of months now. They are amazing. Since I received the first call from Brenda the entire process went by very smoothly until I was placed on a permanent position. Florence did her best at finding something close to me while making sure I was happy and my needs were met. Bren is also very polite and helpful with any questions and/or concerns. Great agency to work with. This was my first time working with a temp agency, and they found a great company for me, which just became my permanent position. I would definitely recommend.

Completely unethical. Please be aware that they contacted multiple people at my job when I submitted my resume for review. Apparently they were all old buddies and decided to share my private information. The news made its way to my boss. Do not use their services unless you are ready to make a move because they will tell your employer you're searching.

Trying to find work after a COVID layoff was difficult. My dealings with Bren and Travis at Clayton was absolutely wonderful! The timesheet platform and employee portal are very user friendly which was a big selling point for me. You know that if you need anything during your time working for them, that Clayton's staff is right there ready to help. Clayton was a blessing in my life during a very difficult time. It was bittersweet when I was offered full time with the company I was placed at. If it doesn't work out here then I will just give Clayton a call back. I have recommended these guys to everyone I know that is looking for work. I can't say enough good things about them.

Great service. A brief tidbit of my relationship with Clayton Personell is as follows: I registered with Tasha and Vicki at the 290 office roughly one year ago. I worked other jobs through various staffing agencies but NEVER did I receive the care and attention of which Vicki and Tasha provided. Their determination and genuine care and concern for us, the temp personell was evident from day one. They work tirelessly until they have placed their you in a position which best fits your needs and qualifications. Clayton personell is an awesome catalyst by which you are placed in a great job, especially if you are like me and not a native ro Houston. Great great experience. Clayton Personnel is proving a wonderful experience for me. Travis is clearly professional, but also very compassionate, personable, and knows his business. He had invested a great amount of time and effort working with me, and completely revamped my resume spectacularly. His passion for helping others is incomparable. Travis knows in this Covid market I may find a job on my own (which will leave him without a paycheck), but it is also important to give and offer service to others.

I really enjoyed working with Clayton Services. I truly felt like they paid attention to my experiences and skill-set in order to figure out how they may relate & translate to the position I was considered for.
