Been dealing with this company since June 2012. Called 2 weeks ago, and after speaking with the outsourced operators, they said I would get a call back after a check of my insurance. It's been 3 1/2 years! They still have to check?
Still waiting a call back.

Customer service is horrible. Sent cpap supplies after I had called to return machine. Had to call multiple times to have box sent to return machine and to get return label for supplies that should have never been sent out in the first place. Will not do business with this company again.

Worst company ever! Tried to bill me and my insurance a year after my cpap was paid off. Double billed me 3 times when making payments. Sent threatening letters saying you owe money when you dont. Complete frauds. Buyers beware!
