A good variety of outlet shops and places to eat. Quieter day on a Monday in March and plenty of parking. Does get very busy at weekends, school holidays and warmer months.

Good range in my (large) size. Prices reasonable if not the,bargains there once was.

Lovely friendly staff. Great shoes at great prices. Would recommend avoiding during the back to school rush at the end of August beginning of September.

Bit limited on choice might be because it's between seasons some of the boots and shoes are cheaper online

Good variety of outlet shop's but watch parking machines they sometimes don't produce a ticket.

Visited to get my 2 year olds feet measured. Staff member was totally over it and not especially helpful, I think I interrupted her chat! I appreciate it's an outlet but choice of girls shoes where pink or nothing so a little disappointed.

Clarks Village.... Took 90 minutes to get there and round it an hour! Laughable had to order the shoes as none in stock which took 10 days, with the factory only across the road!

The staff are amazing including bronwyn she was extremely friendly and was amazing with the kids.

Lovely safe shopping area.but NO HANGING BASKETS !!!! Very disapointed !!!!!!

Good customer service. Very patient when fitting my daughter and I managed to find exactly what I needed. However their selection of girls shoes up to a small 6.5 is very limited with only 4 different styles available at the time so not much choice.

Excellent. Spent a fortune but plenty of discounted shopping. Well worth a day out here. Highly recommended.

Some good bargains to be found here. Along with a good range of other shops in the centre.

Got a sweet pair of limited edition Desert Boots for a great price. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Purposely wore my old shoes so I could buy new. Asked at the till if the woman would take off the new shoes stickers etc so I could wear them straight away. Even took my old shoes to be thrown away

They are separating the adult and children's shoes in 2 different shops but still worth going to have a look

It's "OK" but I wish they had a bigger selection of size 9 E/EE women's, as they do online, because it would be nice to snag those in-store bargains.

This place is a crazy place to shop and way too busy. The staff are rushed off their feet ... I recommend you go to high street instead where the shops are way more interesting and healing for your soul... Plenty of good places to eat organic food or simply grab a tea or coffee and have a good chat

Clarks factory outlet great shoe shop where you can get the whole family kitted out with shoes. They also sell bags and coats.

Genuine bargains hard to find. Lots of stock but little variety.

I was able to find a pair of sandals but in spite of lots to choose from I was unable to find a handbag I liked( probably just not my choice).

Alot of very good shops... very fair prices for an outlet area. Could do with some better choices in some stores but I spose that's down to preference. Had a great time although very crowded during school holidays. Very cheap parking. All in all great range of shops good experience had will defo go back again

Crazy place this time of the year with the summer holidays bringing parents in, in droves ready for the new terms school shoes.

Staff, young as usual yet still on the ball professional and friendly.

Very clean, tidy easy to fine the size of shoe you wanted.. I found a couple of pairs of shoes I liked...

A wide selection of shoes and a fairly relaxed atmosphere where you are free to browse and try shoes on. There's plenty of room inside. Don't be confused like I was into believing the other Clarks shop is the factory shop. There are two.

Excellent as being an adult size 13 I managed to find two pears of shoes

Not very good couldn't find anywhere for wide fitting sandals
