4 am deliver appointment, after 2 hours of waiting no one still hasn t started unloading

Always a pleasure getting in and out. Just a heads up, they are going to go to appointment times next month.

Modern slave company,,paying 8 cents per cage in the warehouse,so if you want to made $200 dollars have to pull 2 thousand cages of beer

If you are 30 minutes early to your apt time (on time) they get you a door immediately. However they take too long unloading. The white guy recieving does not believe in being kind. Very condescending attitude. However very professional place easy back in.

Tight parking but the young lady that did receiving had great customer service skills

Got here Saturday morning and gave me the door right away maybe due pandemic they not too busy and took me no problem. Polite stuff , in and out within an hour ! Thanks guys

Appt was for 9/23 at 0400 but they had appt for 9/22 at 0800 when I picked up load on 9/22 0328 and was 9 hrs away.But worked me in even though my appt was at 0400.And was kicked off property even though I was there to deliver there product they ordered.

Excellent drop there today. Painless and punctual.

Guard is very ignorant towards drivers delivering here.

Never been treated with such disrespect I came in a day early with 10 pallets to see if maybe the would take them early have appointment next morning at 5am
Female guard was as rude and desrepecful as she could be got there at 7am she started with me as soon as I came in about gate I didn't no how to work gate no instructions outside I set there for 10min and finally it opened
After I told her my appointment wasn't until the next day at 5am she started on me again
She says u just dont care that your appointment isn't until tomorrow do you I replied no problem I was just checking if you could take it today. She says I cant get ahold of anyone come back at 8am and ck again.
I left mean while I called there number and pressed option 4 left message about 10 minutes a guy calls me I tell him I'm in early and wanted to see if I could get unloaded I told him what had happened he went to talk to manager and then it got worst
I came back at 8am got thru the gate went to ck back in with miss personality but a man meets me at desk says to me your the convoy driver see you at 5am and walks back in his office and shuts the door I'm like wow
I call the main number talk to recipionist and I tell her what had happened she transfers me to the recieving manager Shawn something all he says is I'm over booked come back tomorrow click sat outside gate for almost 11/2 hours not one truck pulled in 5 open recieving doors really over booked I see .
Note to self never come back here been delivering Budweiser for years never had any issues The only nice person there was the receptionist and thank you dear for your time

8am appointment showed up at 7h45am and I was out by 8h45 am , security guy was nice and the 2nd one drove his golf cart around the built-in give me my paperwork

Arrived 0835 for our 0900 appointment, dropping 23 pallets.

It took a while to get checked in, but we were given a dock quickly. You must move your tandems all the way back & lock them into the locking system at the dock. There is a security guy driving around in a golf cart who will make sure you re doing as you re told. I think he really likes his job.

We were then left waiting around, with our open refer trailer running (all their dock doors were open, so we were chilling the outside air), for 1 hour and 20 minutes before they did anything. Wasting fuel, wasting our time.... Even then all they did was put the dock plate down.

Finally, at 1035, they started unloading us.
Done off loading & paperwork in hand at 1100.

We asked the security guard at one point if there was a problem with our product. He said no, but that they were working very short handed .

Seems to be a legit distribution center, if u visit u will more than likely see gators! So enjoy!

The guard, Ashley #grinch 4am shift was very rude and unprofessional. With that been said she shouldn t be working for these very prestigious company. The 11 o clock shift guard was phenomenal was very nice and understanding and very professional to guide me with the help I need it to be on my way Thanks very much

I work the night shift for werner on the budwiser account and there are only 2 good security guards and one of them is proctor she was nice and did not try to slow me down from doing my job and helped me get in and out fast.

my experience was not so good I felt that the security guard was very rude and disrespectful on how she spoke to me
