How can a manager of this branch not know about echecks and not accept it even though they were issued by another Citibank branch? When I opened the business bank account I was told echecks by Deluxe were the only option but now certain branches elect not to accept it??

Great Citi branch! It's not busy at all so there is never a line. Branch manager, banker and the tellers are super friendly and professional! Very recommended!
