It was my first time there believe it or not I just never got around to going to Chilly's I guess I went to Applebee's once and I did not like it this one time that my wife took me I have to admit I really liked it from the service to the food I had the baby back ribs full rack and it was awesome good tasting food I'm very very happy that I went today to experience a nice dinner there at Chili's God bless you and our waiter Mister Billy very nice waiter thank you

The waitstaff is wonderful, friendly and helpful with menu choices, however my party did note that the meat seemed quite short on the fajitas, my soup choice was the baked potato, almost no potato, so sad. I was quite disappointed. While my other friends chicken plate seemed just ok but lacking as well. Seems the portions were cut here too. What is going on Chili's?? Need to step up your game in the kitchen.

Terrible location I ordered to go. Walked in early to pay for my food. The General Manager Austin stood there and ignored me for almost 10 min til I called the restuarant and demanded service. I will never come here again and no one else should either.

Great service and great food. The flavor of the food is by far amazing. I have been to chili's all over the state and would have to say Las Cruces has one of the best.

The rewards promotions have not been as good as in the past. Nice sit down meal with a great atmosphere that is not overly loud place to eat that other places have become.

Honey Chipotle Crispy Chicken Crispers are the best thing ever but you gotta give me more ranch Chili's!

I love chilis they have great food they have a wide option range on their menu their food takes a while to come out but the quality makes up for it entirely I highly recommend

I've worked for two different chilis in two different states here the workers are phenomenal most management was phenomenal just daniel the kitchen manager never checked on his employees and god forbid you tell him you aren't not feeling good during the covid19 pandemic he will treat you like trash and he was my only problem at this location I asked for hour got them and was working many positions for them to fire me I did even talk to the GM Austin he never got back with me about the situation. I don't really suggest working here

We arrived and got greated with a huge smile which is a great beginning, Then Jason our waiter greats us, we gave our order right away he was attentive no more than 5 minutes we got our order in the right time and always with a great smile. Edd Mares came and talked to us he has a great TEAM thats is the key word for a great restaurant. We live in El paso but gladly will come to Las cruces for the service.

The food was delicious. Best place to come eat on your birthday.

The food was overcooked on my plate the rice was hard I couldnt eat it the chicken was way overcooked too...I ordered the wrong plate I guess...also appetizer took way too long and the salsa was hott and it didnt state that on menu my niece couldnt eat it...I didnt enjoy my meal at all..I was very disappointed

Excellent service and tasty food. Only problem was that the portion in my to go order was very small, compared to my in house order. That does not seem right for the same price.

Great Chili's location!! We sit at the bar every time with our favorite bar tenders. Drinks are great, food is even better. The menu changes with different seasons so there is typically something new to try. The staff are great and keep themselves knowledgeable. Come here for a relaxing time every time.

Came here on a weekday night and put in my order about 45 minutes before my girlfriend and I left, we ordered an appetizer as well and did not receive it within 15 minutes of putting in the order while the people behind us ordered 30 minutes after us and got their order 10 minutes before we left. Just ended up going to Sonic because my girlfriend was starving. Never coming back here again.

Food is decent. Service was nice. But definitely not a Keto friendly restaurant. There's an upcharge to substitue a salad for the fries.

Was not up to par, needed refills on drinks without asking. Prices are too high for all menu items. Sorry we will probably not be back any time soon.

Chilis PM service is missing their cook and food is cooked but gets cold because waitresses dont deliver quick enough be careful

Great food- love the margarita of the month specials and the specials on the back to share for two people or 3 for $10, lots of food this way to feed a everyone. Game console at table nice for the family to have fun while waiting. Replaced atmosphere

Food is ok, surprised all the fajitas at our table were not sizzling as delivered. Vegetables were not cooked much. Custom adjustments to menu items were noted by the server and ignored by the kitchen, terrible for food allergies. Service was hit and miss.

Absolutely fantastic, love the place, great food especially for the dollar, curbside on point even when they're busy, and they stay friendly when they're busy too!

I love that you can make your own bowl. Just add what you like and skip what you don't. Service is also usually pretty quick and friendly

We love Chili's!!! My entire family always goes to there for any occasion... Celebrating something?, graduation?, after rehearsal dinner?, after show dinner? .. the answer is always Chili's!

We go to the one on Telshor and each time sit at the bar. The bartender there is always so helpful and knowledgeable in guiding us to a great drink selection, not to mention, patient! We normally enjoy the BBQ combo with brisket, chicken and either sausage or ribs. The sauce was left out on the brisket, otherwise this would be a 5* experience.

We always get seated very fast and waited on quickly. Food is always fresh and amazing. Only complaint, every time I have ordered a burger the bottom bun is refrigerator cold...very odd.
