My experience was mixed. The selection is stylish and current, which is a definite draw. However, the customer service left much to be desired. 😕 I found it hard to get timely responses, and tracking my order was more complicated than anticipated. Delivery took longer than expected, which added to some frustration. While I appreciate the quality of the products, the overall process could use some improvement. ✨ It’s a shame because there is potential here.
