If you live in the countryside! Literally sit and cry! Because the service is terrible!
I always paid on time! However, when I need technical assistance the company leaves something to be desired! For the second time the antenna burned and the company's response is that they will buy another one for replacement and it will take time! No provision for replacement! But is this really check up ???? Wouldn't a reputable company have essential spare parts ???? And why each attendant answers a different thing ???? I want a coherent answer! When will I have my internet restored ????? Since it's been over a week since I've been without internet!

ALWAYS there were signal drops but the SCHEDULED visit of the technician resolvable ... And the signal is very good ... personal.have to have a competent.rootador ..help and much stabilization too ....

It lives without functioning. Lose too much package. They say they will send a technician and nothing. Telephone support outside business hours does not exist.
