Customer service is unable to fix a delivery day and of course an hour. On the phone we are dealing with people Very rude. Not pleasant! We must resolve these pbs urgently

We are in the Lyon region and since January we have been working with this company.
The delivery man is very professional.
The sales representative is reactive.
We even had a problem (the theft of one of our rental fountains (yes, yes even that is stolen)) and the fountain was replaced quickly.

In short everything is going well.

I will share my experience with you. I started with a "one-off" pack at the beginning of March 2021 and I decided to change to a fountain with 4 water bottles (will they arrive?), And I was told that the 3 months offered was only for new customers !! But what travels of the fighter !!! The customer service tells me that they will contact me again, I have never returned it is ALWAYS me who must relaunch more there is not even a person appointed for the file, always repeating the same things !! Does he still have to understand
I have returned a quote I do not even know if it has been sent because NO return !! I find that deplorable ... It's not like that we treat customers !! I highly doubt that I would continue .. And I would give you a good advertisement for sure !! I hope you would take this advice into account.

Having no delivery date, we sent several emails to the customer service department and each time we receive the same response, your request was forwarded to the logistics department.
During our last email, we asked for a delivery date as soon as possible or we risk canceling the order
Without news, we call customer service and it tells us that the order has been canceled without even notifying us
It s not worse because if it starts like that for an order I don t even imagine the after-sales service
Customer service is the reflection of a company if it does not give importance to customer requests prefer may be a supplier a little more expensive but who will be clearer and more precise in their deadlines

WORST COMPANY EVER, DO NOT SIGN UP, OTHERWISE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO STOP THE CONTRACT AND YOU WONT HAVE WATER. THE WATER IS WORSE THAN YOUR TAP WATER...BUYERS BEWARE.

Go your way so as not to get cheated. He promises delivery times of 5 days and that and a lie. To take the money he saves doing it but the rest is just a thief gang with their telephone platform abroad who offer you appointments every day and no delivery person comes. A shame for a company like this.

No professionalism .... no maintenance and disgusting water that could have made our employees sick .... when after a year and a half finally a "technician" comes for maintenance while the fountain is in a dirty state, it left after 2 minutes and we did not see any real change, the water still tasted bad. We canceled and the machine was picked up today. The technician cut and let it leak on the ground .. we had to mop everything up ... but fortunately a serious company has just installed a new fountain for us and nothing to do with professionalism.

Notorious incompetents .... Request for a fountain made at the end of August for my company. No more news since. An astronomical quantity of mails sent with the same answer "your request has been transmitted to the logistics service" ... Service deserted in my humble opinion because the customer service on the phone announces to me every day a new delivery date ...

Negative rating but the minimum is one star. Pitiful service. They are unable to deliver the water bottles. The delivery scheduled for last month has still not arrived. It's March 18, 2021 and went to buy some bottles!
