we recently spent .one night at this hotel. our experience was better than excellent.
the staff was friendly, courteous, and went well beyond what may be considered as good customer service.it is unfortunate that we can't find a way to give them a 6 star rating.
these folks are the very best of the BEST!!!!!

Great hotel, rooms are nice amd breakfast is good. The lobby area is really nice and they also have a fireplace outside that they light in the evening if your into that type of stuff. There is a Safeway near the hotel as well as a few restaurants. Overall great location.

Pros: Clean, well maintained, looked new!
Cons: not a lot of seating in the breakfast room.
Thoughts: a good Holiday Inn express. Good breakfast selection, well maintained workout room, and comfy beds! The AC worked well! We'd definitely stay again next time we are in town.

I have stayed in many HI Express locations, and this one needs an update. Hallways and rooms feel cramped, in need of a remodel. Staff was helpful and cheery even with a late check in. Breakfast was standard, but space was tight. Really easy access to a grocery store though and a short drive to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Excellent Stay with clean rooms, good breakfast and courteous friendly staff. Location is great with food & grocery options across the road. Hotel staff are making best possible efforts to follow covid related guidelines and still make the overall experience very smooth. Would stay here again in the next visit. Thanks HI express Fraser team.

Reservations were ignored, gave us a room that was occupied, when our card-key would not open the door we were issued another card that allowed us to enter the room. The room we entered had luggage opened on one of the beds, used towels on the floor, an the other bed ruffled. We chose to stay else where. However, the manager refused to reimburse our credit card and demanded we pay! Would NOT recommend this place

Very expensive place to stay for just one night plus there is a pet fee of $75.00, not a deposit but a fee, really. Snack machines didn't work on floors. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Think twice if we would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay after spending the day in Rocky Mountain National Park. I think the motel has just been totally remodeled because the layout is older and not as big as newer properties. But this has to be the nicest remodel that I have ever been to! The rooms were spotless and new. The breakfast area was nice as well, there was lots of food that was replenished until the end of the breakfast time. I would defiantly stay here when visiting Fraser Winter Park area!

Nice hotel in a good location with good dining options close by. The showers could use a little more water pressure and the hot water could be a little hotter. I would suggest requesting a room on the east side away from the road although the road noise was not that bad in the "Mountain View" room on the west side.

We got stuck here due to weather and they knew it! Due to no options of availability in hotels they charged $318.00. Guy was a jerk knowing you had no other options besides sleeping in your car in -8 degrees. Im pregnant with a 5 year old. Traveling military family and they screwed us over.

Disclaimer, I didn t stay at this location. HOWEVER I felt the employee I dealt with was so awesome that I had to brag on him. Sadly I don t remember his name...

Here s the why;
I had spent the day at Estes park and needed a pet friendly hotel. I stopped to see if they had availability. The guy at the counter was completely honest. He said they charged way too much for pets. Not only did the guy recommend a different place right down the road, he also called the place and reserved us a room to our exact needs. How awesome is that? He was kind, helpful, and honest. When you re on a stressful (at times) 3 week road trip, actions like these mean a lot. Thanks mystery guy!

Point;
If this is how non customers are treated, I have no doubt that I d of been happy staying at this place.

Customer service couldn't be any better! Excellent and comfortable rooms. Complete breakfast. Rooms had microwaves and refrigerators. The lift rider (free ride to winter park) stops in front of the hotel. Location is very convenient with a supermarket across the street. Very pleased with our stay in this hotel, best experience so far in a Holiday Inn Express and in all the hotels I've been in general.

Not bad. My bed was clean. Breakfast was decent and had lots of options. My friends' bed had hair under the pillow- gross. The location can't be beat. The other annoying thing was that they request you check your ski gear in at the desk. I understand why, so people don't wreck the rooms and hallways, but still it's annoying as I like to dry my gear before heading out.
