We were forced to go with this bookkeeping firm by our corporate offices and have regretted it ever since.
The final straw... Our agreement was they were to take over our books from the past and move them over onto their system. Just found out that they did not do that. Now I am missing 3 years of past bookkeeping reports!

Ceterus is an account management and book keeping service that takes the pain out of accurate record keeping. Quite honestly I love not having to prepare those records for my CPA. I simply give read only access to my business accounts to Ceterus and they do the rest. On a quarterly basis they prepare documents for my CPA which in turn makes her job easier as well.

Not worth the money--all automated, no custom care. They used to be great, and quality went down a lot.

The team at Ceterus is absolutely amazing. They take care of all our accounting and tax needs and have very few questions for us each month. They enable us to focus 100% on our business instead. Every time we have any questions, we just book a quick meeting and we can always get them on a conference call within 1-2 days if not the same day. Highly recommend.

1. Financial statements are wrong month after month.
2. All transactions are done thru journal entries, thus making it difficult to drill down on details of expenses.
3. I have been asking them to update balance sheet accounts for over 3 months and it still isn't resolved.
