Our realtor wasTodd Nashleanas from Century 21 pro link. We appreciated Todds help throughout the process. He is local and knows everything about Sioux City. His attention to detail is excellent. We didn't have to ask twice for anything-before or after our closing! He had an immediate solution to all of our concerns. We would recommend Todd for locals and those who are relocating like we were!

Wish I could give it zero stars. The headlines and courts can sort it all for everyone. Buyer AND seller beware!!! FTC contacted. Real Estate Commission involved. Realtor insurance company wanting to settle quick. Hmmmm...
Do background checks on your agent. Is he honest? Bankruptcy, evictions, vehicle repossession. Is this the ethics Century 21 is advertising? Failure to disclose is a dual agent s fairy godmother.
