I've never been here in person, but the broadcasted services are wonderful and a great resource that Central shares with the world every week.

We live in Los Angeles and ever since a few months ago have been watching this synagogue's Friday night services on TV and have been amazed so far! We love the rabbis and the cantors and the way the conduct the services, mostly in song and uplifting speeches. This is true Judaism for me! I think if anyone would like to find out what Judaism is about or reasons to be a proud Jew they should attend or watch the services here!
We also love their intern cantor, Shani Ben Or. She has an angelic voice and a couple of weeks ago we were delighted to hear sing the prayers with such energy and spirituality.
We would love to attend the services when we are in NY next time!
Thank you and many blessings.
Beautiful structure and wonderful people and staff.
I am French and I love this synagogue. The people and the rabbis. I've just lost my son. I came the Friday night after his death to say the kaddish. Just before the time of the prayer, I asked the rabbi to say my son's name and he did it. Thank you. Just one word: the architecture is very beautiful. Inside and outside. I'll be back
Incredible! Gorgeous building, friendly members amazing music and teaching! It was nice to visit while away from home. I had streamed services once when I was sick and couldn t make it to shul on Shabbat, so when I found out my hotel was a few blocks away, I knew where I had to be.
Everything is paid to go. I do not think . I was not that Simchat Torah because it seemed very commercial
