We wouldn't of been able to buy our first home without Bernie. He never gave up on us even when we had financial issues.

Sales person was really nice and seemed to be trying hard to help me with my mortgage for the new building home. But, at the last minute, they gave me a different number (about a few grand higher) for cash to close than what we agreed before. When I querried about it, the answer was, that was the closing cost, but you need additional money for the closing such as down payment. At the beginning, I clearly asked several times what's the total amount required in a cashier's check at the closing including everything and she gave me a number which appeared to be just the closing cost at the last minute. But the problem was, I got a way better deal from my builder's bank at the beginning and I have presented that to these people so they can try to see if they can beat it and they cheated by giving a lesser number to win it.
I know, they took the advantage that it's hard to change the lender at the last minute of closing, so I have no option but to go with them.
Very unprofessional people. A pack of thieves which you never wanted to do business with.

These people do not finish all the necessary paperwork and payments needed before and after closing on a home. They were supposed to pay my insurance money, which they didn't because they knew I would be switched to another mortgage company. So fortunately I am with a great mortgage company who took care of it. But honestly Cendara should have been forced to pay their bill or taken to court! Cendara Funding is a horrible company with awful people working within it!!!

Customer service is non-existent. My credit score was near 800 but they treated my family like second class citizens. The week we closed on our home, they told me I needed to pay the $3K balance on my car to make the loan work, who does that? As soon as the loan closed, it wad sold to another bank but they continued to harass us about a pay statement. Almost 3 years later and they still call wanting me to refinance... they don't have my loan so I don't get it.
